Something is wrong in the app
Write to hello@mywhiskeyshelf.com and say what you were doing when it happened. The three things that make a problem findable are the device (iPhone 15, Pixel 8), the app version from the bottom of the Profile screen, and what you expected to happen instead.
A screenshot is worth more than a description. If the app crashed, it has already sent an anonymous crash report, so mentioning roughly when it happened is usually enough to find it.
A bottle is wrong, or missing
The catalogue is derived from the Swedish retail listing, and some of its fields are parsed out of the product name rather than recorded properly. Style, age and region are the usual suspects, and the app labels them as derived where it shows them.
Every field on your own bottle can be edited, and your edit is yours: it does not change the catalogue for anyone else. If a bottle is missing entirely, add it by hand. Nothing about a hand-entered bottle is second class.
Deleting your account
Profile, then Delete account. It removes your shelf, your pours and your notes, and it cannot be undone.
One thing worth knowing before you press it: the shelf is shared with the other shelf apps signed in to the same account, so deleting here deletes it everywhere. The app says so at the point of deletion too.
If you cannot get into the app, write to hello@mywhiskeyshelf.com from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion.
Subscriptions
One subscription covers every shelf app on the same account. It is billed by Apple or by Google, not by us, so it is cancelled the same way: in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Restore Purchases is on the Profile screen if a subscription bought on another device or in another shelf app has not appeared.
